Unión Española counts on a Board of Directors. Members of the Unión Española Board meet on the first Friday of the month and the general membership meeting is held on the second Friday of the month.

A few of the many benefits the members of the Unión Española enjoy are free Spanish language courses and dance classes for its children and grandchildren. Unión Española also offers scholarships for students that have a history of Spanish studies.
